Meet the Team

Patrick started his career in HVAC in 1980 and founded All Star in 1996, performing all service calls and installations by himself. He has since built All Star into a strong company, employing ~50 people and always standing true to his company motto: "Quality, it's a matter of pride."

  With 26 years of experience in the electrical field, Zach has partnered with All Star to start a new electrical division. He has extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial operations. He lives by the motto "there is no job too big or too small." 

As comfort specialist my greatest satisfaction comes from working with customers overcoming unique challenges to find a solution best suited for their individual needs.

Welcome Back Matthew! 

Mary started at All Star in 2006 answering phones and has worked her way up to management. She has made it her mission to instill the motto "taking care of our customers by being honest and fair is our top priority" to every employee.

Dave started at All Star in 2002. With a huge wealth of knowledge, he has overseen every commercial and residential install job. As All Star's commercial install manager, he has done everything from job layout and install to starting and testing.
