To our Customers,


All-Star Heating is taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously.  Since we are essential, we continue to provide all our services and installations throughout the King and Snohomish County.  We want to assure you that the well-being of our neighbors is our number one priority. We are following the recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health.


Employees have their temperature taken in the morning by their supervisor.  We don't send any installer, service technician, or salesperson to your home without checking their temperature.   Office staff also have their temperature taken.  We also check again at lunch and towards the end of the day.


Employees have been instructed to adhere to CDC recommendations.
Employees who have any cold or flu symptoms are required to stay at home.  We require a doctor's note before we bring the employee back.


Should an employee have exposure to someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, they are expected to get the test period, or stay quarantined for a two week period.  
Sanitizing stations have been set up in vehicles, when the technician arrives at your home they will be in mask, gloves and a disposable jumpsuit (worn when entering your home)  that is changed when they are done at your home, and disposable shoe covers.
All in-person meetings and group functions are done on Zoom.
Vendor meetings are done on Zoom.
In your home
Our install and service staff have been trained be mindful of sanitization in your home, and they have been equipped with gloves, disinfectants, masks, disposable jumpsuits, and disposable shoe covers.
Although our technicians will arrive at your home wearing a mask and will not remove it until they are back in their vehicle.
Our technicians have been informed to go beyond social distancing whenever possible, the minimum distancing per our Governors order is 10-ft.  The less contact, the better for everyone.
Our technicians have been instructed to follow these procedures:
Wipe down all equipment or thermostats at the beginning and completion of the job.
Frequent wipe down the inside of their vehicle, any tools used on a job, and frequently touched items with disinfecting wipes.
Customers can call the office with a credit card, and your invoice will be emailed to you upon completion.
Please inform us in advance of your appointment if you or anyone in your household are showing any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus or have tested positive for the Coronavirus.  
Should we find that any changes to our scheduling is necessary during this time, we will let you know as soon as possible. We are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will take whatever measures are needed to ensure the safety of you and our staff.
